Weekday Campus Visit

  • Belmont’s Procedures Surrounding COVID-19

Why Visit Belmont?

To truly experience our campus, you've just got to see it in person.  Belmont University is open for campus visits Monday through Friday, with the exception of University Holidays.  Come spend a day with us, attend an admissions information session, take a tour of the campus, learn more about your academic area of interest and enjoy lunch on campus. If you are unable to visit us during the week, Preview Days are held on four select Saturdays during the year. We think you'll love this place!

Schedule Your Visit

Ready to discover Belmont in person? Information about Belmont's weekday campus visit program can be found below.

To schedule a campus visit as a prospective undergraduate student, you will need to either log in to your existing BU4U account or create an account. After you have logged into your BU4U account, click the Visit Us tab located in the top right corner of the webpage to search and select the date you would like to visit Belmont. Once registered, you will be sent an email with your customized itinerary and instructions regarding your campus visit.

Belmont is limiting the number of guests on campus based on COVID-19 restrictions.  Please note that if the day you wish to register is no longer listed, it has reached capacity.

Campus Visit Opportunities

The Office of Admissions provides three opportunities each weekday to visit campus for prospective undergraduate students:

Undergraduate Campus Visit (Morning) 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Undergraduate Campus Visit (Afternoon) 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Belmont 101 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Our Undergraduate Campus Visit is a half day, all-inclusive visit on Belmont’s campus. Each schedule allows guests the opportunity to learn about admissions, academics at Belmont, residence life, and tour campus. In addition, each schedule provides additional time for guests to learn more about Belmont's Honors program and/or have lunch on campus. (Please note that tours of our Residence Halls will not be occurring during the Fall 2020 Semester.)

Belmont 101 is the perfect introduction to campus! During your two hours on campus, you will have the opportunity to attend an admissions information session, and tour campus with a student guide.

Belmont University is committed to providing support for prospective students with disabilities.  If you need accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the Office of Admissions in advance so we can respond to your request in a timely manner.
